    3. Products & Pricing

    • All products displayed on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
    • Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance, size, or packaging due to the handmade nature of our baking process.
    • Prices listed are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.
    • We reserve the right to change prices, offers, and discounts at any time without prior notice. Prices confirmed at the time of order placement will not be affected by subsequent changes.
    • In the event of a pricing error on the Site, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed based on the incorrect price, and will notify you accordingly.

    4. Orders & Payment

    • By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s), which we may accept or decline at our discretion.
    • Order confirmation via email/SMS/WhatsApp does not guarantee acceptance of your order; it is an acknowledgment that we have received it.
    • We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, etc through our secure third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card or banking details.
    • In case of payment failure after debit, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days, subject to your bank’s processing time.
    • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unavailability of product, errors in pricing/product information, suspected fraudulent activity, or other reasons at our discretion. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

    5. Shipping & Delivery

    • We currently deliver to Mumbai and Thane.
    • Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at checkout or via order confirmation. While we strive to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
    • Since our products are freshly baked and perishable, please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the given address on the scheduled delivery date.
    • Grandpa’s Baekry is not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer.
    • Delivery charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

    6. Cancellations

    • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting us at +91 8080222000.
    • Since our products are made fresh and often prepared specifically for your order, cancellations may not be possible once the baking process has begun.
    • We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of incorrect pricing, product unavailability, or suspected fraud, with a full refund issued to the customer.

    7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellation of Perishable Goods

    • Given the perishable nature of our products, please note:
    • We do not accept returns on baked goods once delivered, due to hygiene and food safety reasons.
    • If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or spoiled product, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery at +91 8080222000 with photographic evidence. We will assess the issue and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund.
    • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 07 business days.
    • We are not liable for issues arising from improper storage after delivery (e.g., cookies left out in high heat/humidity).

    8. Allergen & Ingredient Disclaimer

    • Our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, and other allergens. While we take care in preparation, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergen cross-contact.
    • Please check product descriptions for ingredient information, or contact us at hello@grandpabaekry.com before ordering if you have specific allergies or dietary restrictions.
    • Customers with food allergies or sensitivities order at their own discretion and risk

    9. Intellectual Property

    All content on this Site — including the Grandpa’s Baekry name, logo, images, product descriptions, graphics, and design — is the property of Grandpa’s Baekry and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site without our prior written consent.
